My Awesome Family
Here is the gang at Christmas time. Jeremy, Chris, Juli, Paul and Sarah.
Aren’t they great? I’m so proud of each and every one.
Jeremy — Masters in Music Composition
Chris — Commercial Airline Pilot

Paul — Lawyer, Judge, Bluegrass Enthusiast
Juli — Piano Accompanist, Child Advocate for Compassion International
Juli, I don’t know if you know this or not but your son Chris had a beautiful bouquet of purple flowers sent to me just before Mother’s Day this spring. I thought, “Why would I receive a bouquet? I’m not a mother.” I cried crocodlile tears. I got Chris’ number from you so I could thank him. I asked the question, “Chris, why did you send those to me?” He said, “Because I know you are greiving the loss of your stepkids that you loved and you were a good mother to them while you had them. I just wanted you to be reminded that God has not forgotten you.”
Anyway, it was a very sweet gesture and you have taught your son well in the gift of kindness. It meant more to me than words can express.
