Wordle Wednesday — Names of Jesus

Today’s Wordle is made up of some of the names of Jesus. Isn’t it comfortable to realize He is everything to us? He is completely sufficient for all our needs.  What name do you use (or love) the most (click image to enlarge)?

    Hi Juli,

My mom is (currently) in surgery having a total knee replacement and has asked me to make her Christmas card for her and my dad. May I please use the image above with the names of Jesus? She emailed me saying that is what she would like next to their photo. I will list courtesy to your website.

    Thank you,

    Cammie

Where did you get this image? I would like to use it in an iBook I am making for a class project and need the artist’s permission. Thank you.

Thanks! I designed this Wordle at http://www.wordle.net/. It’s fine with me if you want to use it — just mention my blog, please. It looks like it’s legal with wordle.net too, but you might want to read through their info to be sure.

Great! Thanks, it is going to be the cover to my iBook.

Wow, I’m honored! What is the book about and what is the title?

      • Laura says:

The title is the Name Game of Jesus
It is about the cognomen he is most known by, Messiah. My iBook discusses the history behind the Messiahs, which is about 100 years worth of Jewish militia men called the Maccabees. It kinda turns the perception of the Messiahs being gentle, kind and meek men. They were not at all. The Maccabees were incredible men and for 100 years they kicked Greek and Roman dominants in their teeth! I know when I learned this in my classes (I am getting a bachelors in Religious Studies with my main focus on primitive Christianity) I had a whole new respect for the man (politically) that Jesus might have been.

And just so you know it is free, I am not selling the book.
