But there were more thrills in store for my trip to Point-qu-Raquette, Haiti.  Suddenly the younger brother, Enold, was standing beside me quietly, awaiting his hug.  I had sponsored Enold from the time Josue graduated until this day.  Finally I got to meet him for the first time.  Again, somebody had the foresight to grab my camera just before he stepped up to introduce himself.

Although he was shy, I managed to draw a little conversation out of him!  Finally, I was sitting there with both of my Haitian boys!

Don’t they look great?  What a wonderful occasion!

I was happy to meet one of their teachers that had worked with both of them through the years.

And how thrilling to spend a day with three formerly sponsored boys — strong spiritual leaders that have risen out of poverty — Enold, Jeanto and Josue.  I’m so proud of all three of them, and amazed at what God is doing in their lives.
